The formal error occurred in the National Council last week. When the corresponding amendment was presented to the Plenary, the date of entry into force of the unanimously adopted provision was neglected as a constitutional provision. Therefore, on Friday, the Federal Council unanimously vetoed and sent the Second Social Security Amendment Act of 2020 to the National Council, parliamentary correspondence reported.
