The man who died in Vienna-Meidling on Wednesday was killed by a stab wound to the chest. Police are now investigating the murder.
A man was found seriously injured Wednesday afternoon and died shortly after in the ambulance, “Today” reported.
During the autopsy it was found that the man had died as a result of external influences. The victim was stabbed in the chest and the police are investigating the murder.
The identity of the victim remains unclear
However, the man’s identity remains unclear. According to the police, no murder weapon has yet been seized. The man was found seriously injured by a bystander around 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Immediately arriving police officers provided first aid at the scene, which was continued by the emergency doctor of the Vienna Professional Rescue Service. The man died from his serious injuries in the ambulance.
So far, no witnesses have come forward to the police in the Meidling residential area.
