A sleigh ride in Kirchdorf on Saturday turned into a horror trip for a family. In the morning, a 47-year-old Austrian took a trip to the toboggan run at the Kramerhof in Kirchdorf in Tirol with her 51-year-old partner and their two children.
After arriving at Bacheralm, the start of the toboggan run, at 11 am, the 47-year-old was the first to set off alone with her slide. His partner and the two children followed him, all on a separate slide, but had no eye contact with their partner or mother. The woman was rescued from the emergency doctor’s helicopter with a rope and airlifted to the St. Johann in Tirol district hospital.
