“This year everything is different. Dominant themes like the crown and terror make everything different. And that means: We celebrate our national holiday at a time when we really don’t all have to celebrate, ”Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner said in the video message on the occasion of today’s national holiday. We, as a country, have developed this greater awareness of the country over the years and decades: we are independent in cultural policy, innovators in business and science, and pioneers in environmental and climate protection. “

That is why Lower Austria has taken initiatives in the labor market to provide more people with prospects and security, ”added Mikl-Leitner.
That is why Lower Austria is doing everything possible to ensure that work and family remain compatible, even in these difficult times. Mikl-Leitner: “Whatever happens around us: we need caution these days. But neither should we lose confidence. Because we can only face the future stronger if we have confidence.
