Registration for the second round of massive crown tests, which should start on January 15, is possible from today. Appointments can be made online and over the phone.
The registration and dates for antigen testing in all federal states can be found on the online portal “Österreich-Testet.at”.
A premature “free trial” for a personal crown closing ending January 18, which was planned by the government, is probably not due to the opposition blockade; therefore, the closure measures will remain in effect for everyone until January 24.
Mass registration of tests is possible online and by phone from today.
As for mass tests, the offer of the Ministry of Health also includes the free number 0800/220 330 for consultations, which can also be used from January 4 to make appointments.
According to the government, the infection situation should be reduced with free mass tests. The Minister of Health, Rudolf Anschober (Greens), wants to present the specific rules for the tests in the first week of January, then it should already be precisely defined which professional groups should be regularly evaluated, teachers and health professions should be part of it. The legislative resolution for mass testing is also scheduled for early January.
