In Wiener Neustadt, the magistrate and the police broke up an unregistered wedding party with around 120 guests on Friday evening, the police confirmed a report in the daily “Kurier” on Saturday. Residents had informed authorities about the hustle and bustle at an event hall. The celebration was canceled due to lack of seats and insufficient distances.
The evacuation of the room was peaceful
According to the police, the evacuation of the event hall was peaceful. The guests – according to “Kurier” come from the Turkish community – behaved cooperatively. The organizer was informed in accordance with the Covid-19 Measures Law. In Wiener Neustadt, the crown traffic light is currently orange.
