In Gösting, near Zistersdorf (Gänserndorf district), an empty former company building caught fire on Thursday morning.
The fire broke out around 4 am in the area of the roof structure. Several fire brigades in the area moved with about 80 emergency services. The firefighting work lasted until midmorning, the Zistersdorf fire department reported on its website.
Police did not provide information on the cause of the fire.
