A large number of emergency services had to move to A5 in a traffic accident. Seven people involved had to be attended.

Fire brigades Gaweinstal and Schrick were called today at 4:17 p.m. on the A5 in the Vienna directional lane for a “multi-person rescue” using a siren, radio signal receiver and cell phone alarm.

Upon arrival, the district alarm center informed FF emergency services that all people had already been rescued from the vehicle.

The following situation was encountered upon arrival at the site: A car had left the highway and was between the railing and the railing. The occupants of the vehicle were already being attended by the Red Cross. The first rescue team canceled the C9 emergency medical helicopter, which was already approaching, because the people involved in the accident escaped in horror. However, all seven people were taken to Mistelbach State Hospital as a precaution.

After arrival, the fire department secured the scene of the accident and established fire protection. The accident vehicle was recovered and taken away by instructions from the police. After an hour, the deployed forces could return to the fire station.

A total of two fire departments with seven vehicles and 35 firefighters, two police vehicles with four men and four ambulances with nine people were deployed.

It was only on Saturday that there was a serious traffic accident, in which the Gaweinstal fire brigade had to be deployed.
