The Kleinwalsertal is greatly affected by the German travel advisory. Many tourists left early and reservations for the winter holidays were canceled.
In the tourist region of Kleinwalsertal, which can only be reached via Germany, no one is currently infected with the coronavirus. However, hoteliers and owners fear a meltdown for the winter season, ORF Vorarlberg reported.
During the visit of Federal Chancellor Kurz and Governor Wallner in the spring, a special regulation was promised for the Kleinwalsertal, but nothing has yet been implemented.
FPÖ requires special regulation
After the travel warning for Vorarlberg, FPÖ regional president Christof Bitschi calls for a special regulation for the Kleinwalsertal.
