ÖAMTC breakdown assistants logged numerous missions at the Salzburger Gebirgsgau last night due to the onset of winter. Also in Obertauern, many drivers got stuck in fresh snow or ran off the road. “Although snow chains were mandatory on the B 99 from Untertauern to Tweng, most drivers were on the road with summer tires,” reports breakdown assistant Markus Kocher from ÖAMTC Tamsweg.
