Kristoffersen wins ahead of compatriot Foss-Solevaag and Italian Vinatzer. Manuel Feller missed the podium by just 0.01 seconds.
With today’s night slalom at Madonna di Campiglio, the second race in just over 24 hours was on the agenda for Torlauf’s aces. A total of six Austrians were able to qualify for the second round, with Manuel Feller taking the best starting position in fourth at halftime of the race. The Tyrolean was 0.52 seconds behind Norwegian leader Foss-Solevaag.
Henrik Kristoffersen, in twelfth place after the first heat, set a better overall time in the snow, which not only missed the following ÖSV drivers Michael Matt (+0.83) and Marco Schwarz (+0.58).
Manuel Feller was unable to remove the Norwegian from the lead either, but the Tyrolean was second, 35 hundredths of a second behind. Now only the top 3 of the first race were at the start and since both Vinatzer (+0.34) and Zenhäusern couldn’t catch up with Kristoffersen’s time, it was clear that today’s winner would come from Norway.

Foss-Solevaag was also unable to defend his 1.25-second lead on the downward slope, the halftime leader was 0.33 seconds behind winner Kristoffersen, who was able to improve from 12th to 1st place in the decisive second round.
Behind the two Norwegians, Alex Vinatzer landed on the podium, the South Tyrolean pushed Manuel Feller off the podium with a hundredth. Marco Schwarz finished ninth, Fabio Gstrein twelfth, Michael Matt, Adrian Pertl and Christian Hirschbühl finished 16-18.
