Unlicensed motorcycle drivers, no two-wheelers allowed

A car driver and a motorcyclist collided in the municipality of Henndorf (Flachgau) on Friday afternoon. The 19-year-old cyclist was injured indefinitely.
The accident occurred at Henndorfer Landesstraße (L241) in the direction of Thalgau (Flachgau). The 55-year-old driver of the car was driving his vehicle in the same direction and was about to turn left when the motorcycle driver passed her.
Henndorf: Accident while overtaking
The 19-year-old hit the car on his motorcycle, fell and was injured indefinitely. The ambulance took him to the Salzburg Accident Hospital. The driver of the car was unharmed, the breathalyzer tests carried out were both negative (0.0 per thousand). The motorcycle driver was wearing a helmet, the car driver was fastened.
Unlicensed biker, motorcycle not allowed
As police reported, the 19-year-old Flachgau motorcyclist did not have a valid driver’s license. The motorcycle was also not approved for traffic.
L241 blocked
Both vehicles had to be towed due to severe damage. The Henndorf fire brigade was on the scene with three vehicles and 27 emergency services. L241 was temporarily closed to traffic.
