SC Holz President Pfeifer Kundl, Reinhold Ebenbichler and all the amateur football in Tyrol and Austria, hopes that by May 15 there will be something like a training company again. There is a message from the President of the Tyrolean Football Association, Dr. Josef Geisler. In Kundl, the contract with the coaching team around Roger Kühmaier and the team was extended for another year. From the beginning of May, it might be possible to restart the canceled Tyrol League championship in the fall of 2020. No one even wants to think of a horror scenario in home football until 2021.
Coach contracts in Kundl extended
Reinhold Ebenbichler, President SC Holz Pfeifer Kundl: “No one can say exactly what will happen to soccer in the near future, but the course has yet to be set for the future. SC Pfeifer Holz Kundl officials have done this in recent days, and contracts with coach Roger Kühmaier, assistant coach Richard Hackl and goalkeeping coach Andreas Würtenberger have been extended for another year. When and how KM KM training can be resumed will be decided in the coming days! “

After there are over and over again, regarding the most different areas of life, Austrian federal government regulations regarding facilitating measures taken to combat the spread of COVID-19, I feel compelled to comment briefly on the regulation published on April 30, 2020 Section 8 regulates, among other things, entry into sports facilities. Unfortunately, this regulation, in force since May 1, 2020, is NOT applicable to soccer, because soccer is not a sport in which a distance of 2 meters between all athletes is typical of the sport when exercising.
However, it can be assumed that an additional ordinance will be promulgated for the period from May 15, 2020, especially since Vice Chancellor and Minister of Sports Werner KOGLER has announced the opening of sports facilities to OUR sport under certain conditions. However, since it would be unrealistic to assume that this regulation will allow training to continue without restrictions, the ÖFB, under the direction of Sports Director Peter SCHÖTTEL and with the participation of section chief Philipp TRATTNER, will attempt to develop useful recommendations for action. of the clubs, which will then make the clubs know immediately be These recommendations for action must, of course, be in line with the corresponding official regulation, because football must also be directed “without buts and without” to the requirements officers.
In this context, however, I would like to admit that I too, especially in view of the very gratifying figures on the COVID-19 virus in Austria (number of cases, curves and the like) that have been presented to us over and over again, are They are becoming increasingly impatient and in terms of the appropriateness of the prescribed. The measures, especially regarding our sport, are beginning to have doubts. I really can’t and don’t want to imagine that organized football as we all know and like it, and that for me represents a very important social “reception room” until the development of an effective vaccine or medicine is PAUSED.
Information on the financial support of the clubs is continuously provided through “sportaustria” (formerly BSO), which is in constant communication with the Federal Government and ÖFB. This information will be sent to you without exception. If you have any questions about this, the two employees in the offices of “Alex” and “Gogo” will also be happy to help.
However, the TFV also wants to financially ease its clubs, if possible, and we will announce the measures to be decided in this context in due course.
Soon there will also be specific information on the so-called “Corona PRAE”, which will make club management easier, albeit for a limited time, especially since it will not only focus on training and competitions and associated travel activities.
In any case, we are preparing in the association to start the championship in late summer / fall 2020 and we will make the necessary decisions in the presidium and therefore we will be well prepared as soon as the authorities give us the “green light” “
Once again, I appreciate your understanding and I can assure you that I will do my best to ensure that the ball rolls again as soon as possible.
With sports greetings
TROLEAN FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION
Dr. Josef GEISLER
