Hosts must be careful
For the first time, it is now also clear which hosts if they cannot provide the contact details of their guests in case of contagion: the first fines are between 250 and 450 euros, the maximum penalty is 1,450 euros. And this if, as prescribed by the epidemic law, the obligation to provide information is not fulfilled.
This means that the owner, if false names such as Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck are found on his list, should expect exactly these penalties. In theory, guests can also be processed, but only if it is clear who has defied the obligation to provide information, and only if an emergency occurs with an infection.
So if someone apparently does not want to enter the form correctly, the owner can make use of his domiciliary rights and prohibit the entrance of guests to the restaurant. If you allow guests to enter despite apparent false names, you face the penalties mentioned above.
In theory, if guests sign in with plausible-sounding names and contact details, hosts aren’t threatened with penalties. After all, you cannot ask for identification to verify the authenticity of the data.
No earlier curfew
Ludwig once again rejected an advance on curfew as in the west. There are also very few violations in traditional gastronomy. But there are areas “where people gather and do not adhere to protective measures “, in other words, places where curfew is ignored and security measures are not observed.
As proof, a compilation video from last weekend was shown, in which people were seen in different bars dancing and celebrating without protection in their mouth and nose and without any distance.
