Thomas Stelzer indicates for the first time where the journey should go with corona vaccination – FPÖ announces violent resistance
Vienna (OTS) – A few weeks before corona vaccination begins in Austria, the ÖVP’s first prominent politician dares to take cover and openly advocate that mandatory vaccination should be discussed if, unfortunately, a sufficient vaccination rate is not to be achieved. For the chairman of the federal party FPÖ NAbg. Norbert Hofer gave a revealing message: “Such statements do not happen to the ÖVP without the Federal Chancellery’s marketing center knowing and approving it. Thanks to the governor of Upper Austria, we now know where the journey should apparently go. I say clearly: compulsory vaccination violates people’s basic personal rights. Everyone has to decide for themselves if they want to get vaccinated against the coronavirus or not. “
If the federal government takes a direction similar to that announced by Stelzer, then the FPÖ will defend itself decisively: “I am not a person who joins a demonstration, but in case of an imminent vaccination I will take to the streets and vehemently in his against. fight. “
Before a vaccine is approved, it usually takes several years to test for any long-term harm. The previous record for vaccine approval is just under five years. Neither today nor in three weeks could a reliable statement be made on whether the corona vaccine would cause damage to the earth or not. Hofer: “Without the relevant studies, no one can guarantee the safety of the vaccine, which has been researched for just under a year. Therefore, you should let people get vaccinated or not. Direct or indirect coercion – something through the restriction of personal liberty rights if someone decides not to be vaccinated – should under no circumstances be exercised by the government here. “
Norbert Hofer hopes that ÖVP Chancellor Sebastian Kurz will speak with his party colleague Stelzer and make it clear that the statement made by the Upper Austria governor is his private opinion.
