In letters from Zadic, the person providing the information is referred to as a suspect in the criminal process, but the prosecution does not know.
Vienna (OTS) – “The Ibiza commission of inquiry is becoming more and more a laughingstock. Although in a July 2020 letter the informant Bettina Glatz-Kremsner is mentioned as a defendant in the criminal proceedings, the presidency and all parliamentary groups, with the exception of the FPÖ, apparently escaped this issue and were raised after 40 minutes of confusion over telephone information, the fact that this is obviously a matter of misinformation cannot be put on the agenda. The BMJ under Justice Minister Alma Zadic is apparently, in addition to Rudi Anschober’s chaos department, the next Augean stable that urgently needs to be cleared, according to FPÖ parliamentary group leader NAbg. Christian Hafenecker, in a statement.
“Slowly but surely, there is hardly a week in which the ministries led by the green do not produce one belly brand after another. Whether it’s flawed regulations from Anschober, confusing statements from the Vice Chancellor, or misinformation from the Minister of Justice, this green government force paints a picture of misery. Unfortunately to the detriment of the republic and the Austrians, ”Hafenecker said.
“We must also reproach the president, the attorney and the judge of first instance, because it is up to them to protect the rights of those who report, who are specifically indicated. You have to be able to expect the gentlemen to read the pieces of mail you receive, ”Hafenecker said.
