Fire brigade maliciously alerted to an apartment building in Wels-Neustadt

A malicious alert to firefighters on Saturday night in Wels-Neustadt briefly prompted a further deployment of firefighters, rescue service and police.

Emergency services were called to a large residential complex in the Neustadt district. Then a supposed caller could be found on the site, but who obviously had nothing to do with the emergency call. It turned out that the original 911 call was made maliciously.

Police is on the case.
