Terfens – A fatal accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon on the road to Ganalm in Terfens municipality: a 68-year-old Austrian fell so badly on his electric mountain bike that the emergency doctor could only determine that he was dead.
At around 3:50 p.m., passersby found the electric mountain bike on the forest path. They then searched the area and were finally able to locate the man on the road: he must have deviated from the forest path about 100 meters before the Ganalm for unknown reasons and fell about 50 meters onto steep, rocky terrain. He suffered fatal injuries.
