A 20-year-old woman and her 23- and 24-year-old flatmates have been shown to sell drugs with a sales value of 90,000 euros: 4.7 kilograms of amphetamine, 600 grams of MDMA, 1,100 ecstasy pills and 200 grams of marijuana.
The trio had become the center of attention of the Braunau criminalists because there had been several complaints during the summer. “The hustle and bustle had already been noticed by the population,” police reported Tuesday.
During the investigation it turned out that the shared flat primarily supplied drugs to the “Goa scene”, an extension of hippie culture. In late July, the 20-year-old resident and her 24-year-old roommate were arrested. Officers found several hundred reusable cans filled with drugs in the apartment. The packaging corresponded to the “own ecological values” of the accused, as explained by the Police. The ecological cans had been refilled from the sale of drugs to the sale of drugs.
The flat fee was not only active in Germany. Kripo in Passau also took up the case because the drugs had been shipped to an address in Bavaria and from there directly to Braunau. Also, some of the drugs were sold in neighboring Lower Bavaria and the The 23-year-old had smuggled a “no small amount” of marijuana from Germany to Austria.
The three residents of the shared apartment made extensive confessions. The two main defendants, 21 and 24, were taken to Ried prison. Four people, including sub-distributors, were reported for drug trafficking, 32 people for new rapes.
