No fewer than eleven goals fell in the third West Derby of the season. For the first time this season, the Dornbirn Bulldogs prevailed: they led 7: 4 against HC TIWAG Innsbruck “Die Haie” as the winner from the ice.
The Dornbirn Bulldogs had their first success in the third West Derby of the ICE Hockey League betting at home. In the clash between the two table neighbors, the Bulldogs prevailed 7: 4 and thus surpassed Haie in the table. While Innsbruck failed to win any points in the last six games for the first time, Vorarlberg always wrote in the last seven games. Dornbirn started strong in the West Derby and took a 3-0 lead in the first 19 minutes.
As has been the case several times this season, HC TIWAG Innsbruck showed comeback qualities and drew in the 25th minute. Again the Vorarlberg team presented three goals. Sharks could not make up for this deficit. The Bulldogs haven’t been able to score seven goals in a game for nearly two years. Innsbruck, meanwhile, had to concede seven goals for the second time this season.
