As the broadcaster reports, Trump’s nomination was submitted by Norwegian MP Christian Tybring-Gjedde. As a result, the Norwegian praised Trump for his efforts to resolve protracted conflicts around the world. Trump tried more than others to bring peace to the world, according to Tybring-Gjedde.

In the nomination, Trump is assigned a “key role” in building relations between Israel and the Emirates. The parliamentarian is convinced that the agreement reached could transform the Middle East into a region of cooperation and prosperity.
In addition to mediating between the Middle Eastern states, the letter also stresses and emphasizes Trump’s role in mediating between Pakistan and India, North and South Korea, and Serbia and Kosovo.
