On Sunday the first day of the Typical Bundesliga was the SV Ried vs. WSG Tirol on the show. Held at the return of the Bundesliga the Innviertler won 3-2 at home. The deciding factor was an offside goal practically in the last seconds of the game.

The foul took a step and became a 1: 1 draw. But that was the last word before the break. Schnegg’s shot was deflected twice by a host player and hissed through the net to make the break at 1: 2. Before the break, Innviertler had two options through Gschweidl (36th) and Grüll (43rd). The fourth goal of the game should not (yet) be successful at this point.
At the beginning of the second half, Meisl (57th) and Dedic found their first chances. As a result, Grüll (71st) and Dedic (65th) could have provided the fourth goal. But the emphasis was on skill. In the final phase SV Ried literally threw everything forward and in the end he was also very lucky on his side. In the 82nd minute, after a duel between Buchacher and Paintsil, the referee decided a penalty for the Innviertel team! A very dubious decision! The substitute Wießmeier did not worry about this fact and turned it into a 2-2 draw. As a result, everything already seemed like an exchange of points. But then came the 97th minute. After a foul flank, substitute Grubeck dusted off for a 3-2 win. A goal with a serious flaw! Four (!) Players of the hosts were in a criminal offside position! As there is still no VAR in the Typical Bundesliga, the blow was recognized.
Promoted SV Ried are celebrating a comeback in the first Bundesliga game and have the top three of the season. On the other hand, WSG Tirol is empty-handed, but the Tyrolese can certainly take advantage of the performance shown.
