Austria has been in the second lock for a week. Exit restrictions will be extended on Wednesday.
Exit restrictions have been in effect in Austria between 8pm and 6am since November 3. These were initially limited to ten days. On Wednesday they will be extended for another ten days.
The corresponding decision will be made in the evening in the main committee of the National Council. All other measures of the partial blockade have already been decided for four weeks until the end of November.
Will there be more adjustments soon?
According to the Ministry of Health, the measures must be taken “in the coming days,” he said Tuesday at the request of the APA. Until then, the number of infections will be observed. If there is no decline, further adjustment will be necessary.
With exit restrictions, it is generally forbidden to leave your “own private living room” between 8 pm and 6 am There are only five exceptions:
► Professional purposes
► Covering the basic needs of daily life
► Care and support for those in need and family rights and obligations
► Defense against danger to life, limbs and property
► Physical and mental recovery.
There is also a strict ban on visits during this period. Anyone found with a beer in the evening will be sued, according to the interior minister.
