Infected in shopping malls and suburban trains

The Hallein (Tennengau) district administration initiated a new crown call on Tuesday. Three stores in the Europark in the city of Salzburg and one S-Bahn connection are affected. The emergency plans of the State of Salzburg foresee an official call for precaution for a large and indefinable group of contact persons, as in this case.

- October 3, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.: Shops “Zara”, “Hollister”, “H&M, Europastraße 1, 5020 Salzburg
- October 3, 2020, 4-5 p.m. M .: Train S3 to Saalfelden Bahnhof departing at 4.12pm. M. From Salzburg Taxham station towards Salzburg Hauptbahnhof. Said train stayed at the main station until around 5 pm, when the person who tested positive changed trains.
- October 3, 2020, 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: REX 1524 train to Saalfelden Bahnhof, departing at 5:08 p.m.
- October 3, 2020, Salzburg Main Station between 4:30 pm and 6 pm
Those affected must monitor their health
The Hallein district health authority asks all the people who were in the places listed on the day in question to closely monitor their health and, in case of symptoms of Covid 19, call the hotline 1450, with the reference to the official call. Report. Symptoms to pay special attention to: dry cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of smell and taste with and without fever.
Contact tracing has already started
The person’s positive result from the Covid-19 test was available the night of October 5 and reported to the health authority in Tennengau on October 6. The health authority immediately began contact tracing.
