On Tuesday lunchtime, the state of Vorarlberg saw nearly three times more people recovered than new infections with Covid-19 since midnight.
If the trend continues, Vorarlberg will again have fewer than 4,000 active corona cases for the first time on Tuesday at 4 pm The trend has recently turned down. After a decrease of 78 people on Monday, the Vorarlberg state board also shows a decrease of 89 people at lunchtime on Tuesday (45 new infections vs 134 recoveries). The situation in hospitals

Tense situation again in intensive care units

Most of the active Covid cases in Vorarlberg are still in the Bregenz district. Feldkirch and Dornbirn swapped places recently. There are still very few cases in the Bludenz district.
Communities
The city of Dornbirn remains the municipality with the most active Corona cases in Vorarlberg, followed by Bregenz, Lustenau and Feldkirch.
7-day incidence drops
According to the crown board of the Agency for Health and Food Safety (AGES), Vorarlberg continued to have the worst value of all Austrian federal states for the seven-day incidence per 100,000 inhabitants on Tuesday. With 748 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in the last seven days, the state was ahead of Salzburg (716) and Upper Austria (687).
The Austrian average, trending downward, was 522.
The four districts of Vorarlberg currently have an incidence of more than 630 days in 7 days. Dornbirn district continues to be the worst hit.
