Soccer champions Red Bull Salzburg reported positive corona tests from three players on Sunday morning. The first tests after the Champions League play-off match at Israel’s Maccabi Tel Aviv had these findings, the club announced on social media. Those affected, whose names were not mentioned, are currently symptom-free and have entered quarantine. They are canceled for the Bundesliga game against TSV Hartberg in the afternoon.
The rest of the team went into quarantine, according to the report. This means that players and supervisors can only move between their home and the training and game venue. Contact tracing is currently in full swing, the city of Salzburg reported in a broadcast.
