From today’s perspective, we should be able to return to normality next summer, the head of government said in “ZiB1” on Monday. Kurz did not explicitly rule out a confinement or situations similar to a confinement. There are many countries with significantly higher numbers of infections. Schools and restaurants are closed again there and there are no exits: “We want to avoid that in Austria if it is somehow possible.”
