26 people were infected at a nursing home in Graz. No further cases are ruled out as new test results are constantly being announced, Caritas, which operates the home, said on Saturday.
After two nurses tested positive a few days ago, the tests were expanded. Therefore, 13 residents and 13 staff are infected. At home, attempts are now being made to isolate infected people to avoid further infections; evacuation was not possible.
So far, five people have been taken to the hospital. In many of those affected, the symptoms are said to be weak or not at all pronounced.
