A kindergarten in the city of Salzburg had to be temporarily closed due to a child who tested positive for the coronavirus. 31 contact persons are in quarantine.
As the state of Salzburg announced on Sunday evening, a young child tested positive for the corona virus after a test lesson at a care facility. According to the state medical direction, it was infected in the family.
Contact persons are tested
The health authority started the surveys immediately after receiving the positive test result. 31 people were segregated as contact persons. You and all other educators at the facility will be screened for Covid-19 as a precaution. Results are expected on Tuesday. As a precautionary measure, the facility will remain closed until the results are available.
