In Sattledt (Wels-Land district) there was a large-scale police operation on Monday afternoon after it was reported that shots had been fired. Two supermarkets, a bank branch and a settlement were liquidated.

“On August 31, 2020 at around 2:00 pm, a man from his home in Sattledt fired multiple shots. The suspect fired a previously unknown weapon out the window onto neighboring property. Police were informed by the neighbor. One a lot of policemen drove to the place, they closed all the streets and adjacent shops there to avoid new threats, ”said the Police.
Two supermarkets, a bank branch and a settlement were liquidated. People had to vacate the building immediately. A larger contingent of the Cobra special unit was also in use. Officers from the Cobra special unit were able to secure and arrest the man in the event of an access. More surveys are currently being conducted.

The Pyhrnpass road was difficult to pass for about an hour and a half.
