LIonel Messi threatens the first defeat in the Champions League in 14 years with FC Barcelona. In the gigantic duel against last year’s finalist Paris St. Germain, with the outstanding three-goal scorer Kylian Mbappé, the Spanish club lost 1: 4 (1: 1) in the first leg of the round of 16. More recently, Barça were eliminated in the round of 16 against Liverpool in 2007.
In the return leg on March 10, the French series champions have rights at home with German national players Julian Draxler and Thilo Kehrer, both substituted at the Camp Nou.
