On Thursday, the soccer Bundesliga launched proceedings against LASK in Senate 1 for a possible violation of the basic idea of fair play. The Linzers are accused of having done team training. Currently, due to crown requirements, only small group units are allowed, taking into account distance rules.
The relevant paragraph 111a of the ÖFB Justice Code (“violation of the concept of fair play”) provides for the following penalties in the event of conviction:
a) warning; b) blocking from 1 to 12 competitive matches; c) blocking of functions from one month to one year; d) a fine of up to 15,000 euros; e) staging of one or more games, excluding part or all of the public; f) deduction of points; g) exclusion from competition; h) forced descent; i) Exclusion from the association.
