President Frank Hensel is satisfied with the “new commitment”: “At Gerhard Krisch we have been able to win a successful manager to the board of FK Austria AG. He will start his work on May 1, 2021. Gerhard Krisch has various functions Both in and out from the world of sports, he has demonstrated his leadership qualities and his expertise in financial matters. I look forward to a successful cooperation for the Austria family. “
Krisch, 55, will add Markus Kraetschmer, who recently served as the sole board member, to his agendas since May and assume overall responsibility. Kraetschmer still has a contract until June 30, 2021, talks on a contract extension are ongoing.
The same applies to Peter Stöger’s future at FK Austria Wien.
Hensel also addresses the two personal data: “We are in a very harmonious exchange with both and we await a decision as soon as possible to be able to define the fields of activity”.
