In Lower Austria, there were 891 new coronavirus infections in the past 24 hours, Lower Austrian state medical staff reported on Monday.
According to the office of Health Counselor Ulrike Königsberger-Ludwig (SPÖ), 27,555 people were quarantined at home. By Sunday 24,578 had been counted.
Three more deaths in hospitals in Lower Austria
At state clinics in Lower Austria, three more deaths were recorded in connection with the corona virus on Monday.
