Strong westerly winds in the Danube region at night.
During the night, the last storms move east. There are still some thick clouds and in the south and generally in the mountains it still rains occasionally. Otherwise, there is more relaxation in the morning. During thunderstorms, the wind blows partially stormy at first, then on the north side of the Alps there is a generalized moderate to strong westerly wind, while the wind dies down. Heat-off. A broadcast to meteorologists shows: It won’t really be summer this year. A bath day is not to be expected (with almost 30 degrees). But: hopefully it will still be 25 degrees. So at least the outdoor season continues.
Although it’s hard to believe, this summer was warmer than average according to official statistics. Exactly by 0.8 degrees.
