358 new infections caused the number of active corona diseases in Austria to rise to 3,524 on Saturday.
The 24-hour value of new coronavirus infections in Austria identified 358 cases on Saturday. That was almost exactly the same as the day before, when 357 new illnesses were recorded.
According to the Ministry of the Interior and Health, another 315 people were considered recovered on Saturday morning, the number of deaths of Covid 19 patients remained the same at 735 so far.
206 corona cases were added on Saturday in Vienna
Active cases increased to 3,524 affected people. In the case of those infected in hospital treatment, there was an increase from one patient to 157 affected, the number of intensive care patients remained constant at 28.
Most of the new infections were reported from Vienna, where 206 positive tests were added. There were another 44 confirmed cases in Upper Austria, 38 in Tyrol and 30 in Lower Austria. Fourteen virus infections were reported in Styria and Vorarlberg, six in Burgenland, four in Salzburg and two in Carinthia.
