On Thursday morning there was a serious accident in Grödig (Flachgau). A truck and a pedestrian collided in the Untersberg Ost motorway car park in Glanegg on the Tauern motorway (A10). The highway was temporarily closed in the area.
One person was seriously injured in the accident, according to the Red Cross. The seriously injured man was taken to the Salzburg accident hospital. The Red Cross was there with a rescue helicopter and two cars.

As a result, there was a total closure at the southern highway junction in the accident area. There was a traffic jam in the direction of Villach. You can find current traffic information HERE.
