Florian Silbereisen will no longer be part of “Deutschland sucht den Superstar”, this fact was already known. However, it was unclear why the musician, actor, and moderator resigned from his jury role. Now he commented on the reasons behind his decision.

Time is missing

“I had a lot of fun with the DSDS,” Silbereisen said in an interview with the “Bild” newspaper, but I could only be there in three episodes because the Corona crisis canceled other dates, such as the filming of ‘dream dream’. “

Due to his television shows and the Schlagerfest tour, he was unable to appear for the entire next season. Jury member Dieter Bohlen also confirmed this in an interview with “Bild”: “He will not return, that was more or less agreed from the beginning.” Silbereisen only intervened for the Xavier Naidoo shot in the short term, unfortunately no more is possible. A back door left Bohlen open: Silbereisen could come as a guest at any time.

Oana Nechiti is out too?

It is currently unclear whether Oana Nechiti will be in the next DSDS season again. The professional dancer and wife of Erich Klann, who was part of the jury in 2019 and 2020, has already thanked her Instagram channel for the wonderful experience in the program. For a selfie showing in the show’s studio, she wrote: “Our ending was a mega hit, I am so grateful and proud.”

A replacement for Nechiti is allegedly on the prowl. Dieter Bohlen would be delighted to greet the 32-year-old next to him again. “It will be discussed to bring new people to the jury, but as far as I know, nothing is certain yet. I would like to have Oana back as a colleague,” said the titan pop.
