Another Covid death in Vorarlberg – Coronavirus –

Starting Wednesday 4 pm.: By Thursday afternoon, 171 new corona infections had been recorded in Vorarlberg, compared with 146 recovered. The number of actively infected people is currently 1,195.

We must mourn another death on Wednesday. Since the pandemic began in March, 218 Vorarlberg have died from or with the virus.

A total of 59 beds are available for intensive medical treatment of patients. Currently, 16 COVID-19 patients need treatment in the intensive care unit. In addition, 17 non-Covid patients receive intensive care. There are currently 26 intensive care beds available for all patient groups.

35 hospital employees tested positive for corona, 17 are also in quarantine.

Only in the cities of Dornbirn and Feldkirch there is currently an infection number in the triple digit range.
