LH Kaiser calls on the federal government to “make sure the legal regulations that correspond to reality are understandable” – sanction notices will be suspended for the time being
Klagenfurt (OTS) – There is a total lack of understanding of a legal provision made by the federal government, according to which couples living in a cohabiting relationship with a couple infected with the coronavirus are fined if the healthy couple continues to live in the same home. The Governor of Carinthia, Peter Kaiser, urged these federal regulations to act: “I hope the federal government will quickly remove the unrealistic regulation that has now been made public!” the federal government decides to be suspended.
