LASK has prematurely extended the contract with forward Marko Raguz, which originally ran until 2022, until 2024. The High Austrians have announced it today.
“It is a strong sign that the club has offered me an early extension at this time, during my long injury break. I still feel at home in the team, the support of the boys gives me a lot of strength on the way back, ”says Raguz, who is currently working to come back from his cruciate ligament injury.
“As a genuine Upper Austria, I am very proud to be able to play for LASK and that we have been able to celebrate so many successes in recent years. I’m looking forward to getting back on the pitch, hopefully with a lot of LASK fans in the stadium, ”the forward is quoted on the LASK website.
For LASK Vice President Jürgen Werner, the development of Raguz is an example of the club’s philosophy: “The path we are taking aims to bring young talents from our soccer academy to LASK and develop them further there. Marko is a good example of this and has become a jewel of the team. Therefore, we are very happy to have managed to extend it until 2024. “
