A 45-year-old newcomer from Steyr in Upper Austria, who bought the house as a shift three years ago, covered almost all the windows and completely cleaned the garage for unknown purposes, awaited officials at the scene.
It is uncertain whether officials already suspected they were about to face powerful problems. If they knew the story of the owner and the supposed IT expert, at least they were warned.
