LASK announces the signing of a Slovakian talent.
At the start of the winter transfer window on January 9, 2021, the only 16-year-old Adam Griger will move from MFK Zemplin to Linz, where the center forward will sign a three-year contract.
“Adam decided to switch to LASK despite other known stakeholders, which makes us happy and proud. We can provide him with a good platform for further development. As with all LASK players, the overall package is right for him: bring has many qualities on the field and he also fits perfectly with us in terms of character, ”explains sports coordinator Fabian Zöpfl.
Griger himself says: “I really like LASK, the club and the environment made a good first impression on me. My goal is to continue developing at LASK over the next few years, both in terms of football and personality. With LASK, I have found the ideal club to achieve these goals. “
Despite his young age, the 1.92-meter tall attacker has already made six appearances in the Fortuna League.
