On Saturday, 3,241 new corona infections were recorded in Austria. Most of the new infections occurred in Lower Austria.
So far there have been 319,822 positive results in Austria. As of today (December 12, 2020, 9:30 a.m.), 4,415 people in Austria have died from the consequences of the coronavirus and 277,883 have recovered. Currently, 3,599 people are in hospital treatment due to the coronavirus and 591 of them are in intensive care units.
