The “steers” only finish the fall season on Sunday morning outside Austria Klagenfurt. For the sixth-ranked Tyrolese, it was the second straight loss at the end of the year.

Krienzer hits in a double pack
For the Tyrolese, the lead in a poor first half at Tivoli was ready to be regained in the 34th minute, Florian Jamnig launched a penalty. It was the beginning of the end for the local team. Five minutes later, Martin Krienzer led the win on the road. In the 40th minute, Tirol’s Darijo Grujcic had to leave the field prematurely due to a goal-stealing foul by Mario Kröpfl.
After changing sides, Krienzer (64th) completed his double. After an error by Andreas Zingl’s goalkeeper on a free kick by Fabio Viteritti (69th), the hosts could only hope for a comeback. Philipp Pomer scored for Blau Weiß Linz in the 15th minute, after two exclusions by local rivals Fabian Schubert (93rd) made the final point. For the 26-year-old forward, it was the 21st goal of the season in the 15th competitive game, and on the shooting list he is number one with 15 goals. A goal from Petar Zubak (90th) was not enough for GAK at Vorarlberg, as Blankson Anoff (43rd), Wallace (53rd) and Haris Tabakovic (70th) were successful on the hosts’ side.
