The Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Health reported 2,377 new infections with the corona virus within 24 hours of Saint Mary’s Day: 241 new cases were added in the state of Salzburg. To date, a total of 4,002 people in Austria have died in relation to Covid-19.
A total of 262,314 people are considered to have recovered. Currently (at 9:30 am) there are 3,917 people in Austria undergoing hospital treatment for Corona, 609 of them in intensive care units. So far there have been 308,070 positive results in Austria.
