Berlin / Dresden – A few hours after the mammoth raid in Berlin with more than 1,600 police officers linked to the theft of jewelry from the Green Vault, the police released two mugshots.

We are looking for twin brothers Abdul Majed Remmo (21) and Mohamed Remmo. The two suspects have yet to be caught. They are also charged with theft and arson.

The raids in Neukölln, Charlottenburg and Kreuzberg were carried out in central Berlin from the early hours of the morning. Starting at 3 a.m., three men (23, 23, 26) were arrested, including 23-year-old Wissam Remmo, who had multiple criminal records. All of them have already been transferred to Dresden.

► Meanwhile, a search was conducted for a gray Renault Megane in which at least one of the two wanted, allegedly suspect Abdul Majed Remmo (21), is said to be on the road. The car was found abandoned in Berlin, where it is not exactly meant for tactical reasons.

The three detainees were brought before the judge on Tuesday afternoon in Dresden. According to the prosecutor, the men are urgently suspected of being involved in the spectacular theft of a jewel a year ago on November 25. Have participated in 2019.
