Nadal’s last mission: chances are not good

There will be no spectators, and the players will also have to adapt, after all, the organizer is planning a crown bubble with strict rules.

Portuguese tennis journalist José Morgado, who among other things works as a commentator for the “Sport TV” station, investigated and compiled the regulations.

As a result, professionals face disqualification if they leave the bubble during the tournament.

Audacious plan: only one crown test per player

This bubble is supposed to be Zverev, Nadal, Djokovic. Protect Thiem and Co. so well that you only want to get by with one crown test per player. The only exception: if a participant shows symptoms, they are tested again.

Up to three team members are allowed, according to Morgado, per player.

Additionally, a negative test for the virus must be submitted no later than noon on Thursday.

Distances on site are as short as possible. According to “MyTennis”, the walk through the stars from the InterContinental London Hotel – the O2 to the O2 Arena takes two minutes.

Now the hope is that the concept works and that the discussions can go back to the favorite question.
