The student pointed the gun at his teacher during class. His back was turned to the Schlern and couldn’t see the threat. The act was filmed by a classmate. After the police received an anonymous report, the young man was questioned by police officers while he was still at school. The student carried the alarm pistol on his waist. The gun was seized and a temporary gun ban was imposed on the 14-year-old. The student is reported to the Linz Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Linz-Land District Authority under the Weapons Act for dangerous threats.
