Parallel competitions for women and men are now held on November 13 and 14. two weeks later, on November 26 and 27.

Snow control on November 18

However, the prerequisite is that a snow inspection on November 18 gives the go-ahead for competitions. The Alpine World Cup will now continue on November 21 and 22 at Levi with two women’s slalom races.

The ÖSV debacle in Sölden

The kick-off had traditionally taken place in Sölden. For ÖSV, the house will be played on 17/18. But October was a debacle: Katharina Truppe was ÖSV’s 15th best lady in the women’s category, and Stefan Brennsteiner was 17th in the men’s giant slalom. In both cases it was Sölden’s worst result in World Cup history.
